This set was designed to match an antique chair that would sit next to it in the entryway of a newly
constructed, large home. The chair had a rose carved in its back, which was copied as an element for the top of the mirror. I
carved an apple in the back of the table as a personal whimsical element because the owner had a 360 tree apple orchard on his land.
The elegance and simplicity of design on this piece makes it one of my favorites over the years. After this was built, the customers built a another new home, in which they designed a spot just for this set, once again in the entrance. These wonderful people have become one of my most vocal advocates and biggest references over the years.
